• Special Rate : $169 per room, per night, including continental breakfast. Taxes and parking are not included.

• Booking Deadline : April 3, 2026 (45 days before arrival). After this date, any unreserved rooms will be released and the special rate will no longer apply.

TERMS – PROMO CODE

• The promo code is valid only for Rideau Residence (maximum 30 rooms).

• Guests are responsible for booking and paying for their own rooms.

• The University of Ottawa reserves the right to limit or increase the number of rooms offered to the group once all rooms have been booked.

• The promo code expires 45 days before the arrival date.

• Individual cancellation policy (48 hours) applies to room reservations.

• The University of Ottawa reserves the right, at its discretion, to cancel, modify, or relocate reserved rooms, in whole or in part, without providing justification.

• No deposit is required.
